Physicals must be on or after 4/1/2025 to be valid for this upcoming fall season (2026). All physicals from last year have been uploaded into the system so if your child’s physical is no longer valid, please upload a current one. If you cannot get in to see your doctor, the CVS in Waukesha has a MinuteClinic that can perform a physical examination.
